The kit includes high-quality Teflon encapsulated magnetic stirring bars designed for efficient mixing with consistent results. Each stirring bar features a multi-faceted polygon shape that increases the surface area, creating added turbulence compared to similar-sized smooth cylindrical bars, thereby ensuring thorough mixing. The absence of a pivot ring allows the spinbar to remain close to the bottom of the vessel, facilitating the "scraping" of solids. The bars are optimally coupled with magnetic spindrives as the entire length of the stir bar maintains close contact. Each stir bar contains an Alnico magnet encapsulated in FDA grade, USP Class VI Teflon® brand PTFE coating, offering superior chemical compatibility. This product is manufactured in a registered ISO 9001:2015 facility as verified by SGS certification.
