These stirbars feature polygon multifaceted surfaces that enhance turbulence compared to similar smooth size cylindrical bars. The center molded pivot ring minimizes contact area between the bar and vessel, thereby reducing friction and chattering, while also decreasing the potential for marring of plastic containers. Each stirbar is equipped with an Alnico magnet encapsulated in FDA grade, USP Class VI Teflon® brand PTFE coating, ensuring superior chemical compatibility. They are manufactured in a facility that is registered to ISO 9001:2015 standards, as verified by SGS certification, and are safe for autoclaving.
