SpinStar® magnetic stirring bars are designed to create a deep mixing vortex at relatively slow speeds, making them ideal for applications requiring slow, thorough mixing. The star shape fits the inside diameter of most commonly-used beakers, ensuring compatibility across various laboratory settings. These stirring bars feature an alnico magnet encapsulated in FDA grade, USP Class VI Teflon® brand PTFE coating, providing superior chemical compatibility. Manufactured in a registered ISO 9001:2015 facility, as verified by SGS certification, they are also autoclave safe.
