The kit includes high-quality Teflon encapsulated magnetic stirring bars designed for efficient mixing with consistent results. Featuring a multi-faceted polygon shape that increases surface area, these stirring bars create added turbulence compared to similarly sized smooth cylindrical bars, ensuring thorough mixing. The absence of a pivot ring allows the Spinbar to remain close to the bottom of the vessel, enabling effective scraping of solids. These stirring bars offer optimal coupling with magnetic spindrives, as the entire length of the stir bar maintains close contact. Each bar is equipped with an Alnico magnet encapsulated in FDA grade, USP Class VI Teflon® brand PTFE coating, providing superior chemical compatibility. The manufacturing process occurs in a registered ISO 9001:2015 facility, verified by SGS certification. Additionally, the autoclave-safe Teflon® is a registered trademark of The Chemours Company FC LLC and is utilized under license by Bel-Art Products, Inc.
