Octagon magnetic stirring bars with integral pivot ring are available in red, yellow, or blue, and are designed for superior performance in various applications. Each stirring bar features an Alnico magnet encapsulated in FDA grade, USP Class VI Teflon® brand PTFE coating, ensuring excellent chemical compatibility. The interrupted profile of the bars provides a greater surface area and enhanced turbulence compared to smooth cylindrical bars. The pivot ring is specifically designed to reduce friction and chattering during operation. These stirring bars are autoclavable, and they are manufactured in a facility that is ISO 9001:2015 registered, as verified by SGS certification.
