SpinWedge® magnetic stirring bars are engineered to deliver strong turbulence at relatively low speeds, making them ideal for applications such as churning sediment or dissolving salts. The uniquely designed wedge shape effectively plows up sediment for thorough dispersion, while the sharply angled broad face ensures powerful mixing action, particularly beneficial for viscous solutions. Each stirring bar features an Alnico magnet encapsulated in FDA grade, USP Class VI Teflon® brand PTFE coating, offering superior chemical compatibility. These products are manufactured in a facility registered to ISO 9001:2015 standards, as verified by SGS certification, and are autoclave safe.
