SpinRing® stirring bars are designed for optimal stabilization of the magnetic stirring bar, featuring a removable "hoop" that encircles a standard octagonal bar, making them ideal for larger open-neck vessels such as buckets and beakers. The friction fit between the "hoop" and the bar allows for synchronized spinning, virtually eliminating "spin out" and keeping the stirring bar centered in the vessel. The octagonal shape of the bar facilitates the creation of a deep vortex while preventing splashing or chattering. Each stirring bar is equipped with an Alnico magnet and is encapsulated in FDA grade, USP Class VI Teflon® brand PTFE coating, ensuring superior chemical compatibility. These stirring bars are manufactured in a facility registered under ISO 9001:2015, as verified by SGS certification, and are autoclave safe.
