Octagon magnetic stirring bars with integral pivot ring are designed for efficient stirring applications and are available in red, yellow, or blue. Each stirring bar features an Alnico magnet encapsulated in FDA grade, USP Class VI Teflon® brand PTFE coating, ensuring superior chemical compatibility. The interrupted profile of the bars provides a greater surface area and increased turbulence compared to smooth cylindrical bars, enhancing the mixing process. The integrated pivot ring reduces friction and chattering during operation, and the stirring bars are autoclavable for ease of sterilization. These products are manufactured in a registered ISO 9001:2015 facility, as verified by SGS certification.
