Octagon magnetic stirring bars with integral pivot ring are designed for optimal performance and are available in red, yellow, or blue. Each stirring bar features an Alnico magnet encapsulated in FDA grade, USP Class VI Teflon® brand PTFE coating, ensuring superior chemical compatibility. The interrupted profile of these bars provides a greater surface area and enhanced turbulence compared to traditional smooth cylindrical bars. Additionally, the pivot ring helps reduce friction and chattering during use. These stirring bars are autoclavable, making them suitable for various applications. They are manufactured in a registered ISO 9001:2015 facility, as verified by SGS certification.
