The kit includes a 10-pack of Spinbar® octagonal magnetic stirring bars, featuring a variety of colors and sizes designed for effective stirring. These eight-sided stirring bars provide a greater surface area and added turbulence compared to smooth cylindrical bars, enhancing mixing efficiency. Each stirring bar features an integral pivot ring that helps reduce friction and chattering during operation. The bars are constructed with an Alnico magnet encapsulated in FDA grade, USP Class VI Teflon® brand PTFE coating, ensuring superior chemical compatibility. The manufacturing facility is registered under ISO 9001:2015, verified by SGS certification. The package also includes a Spinbar® restrainer that comfortably fits in one hand, retaining stirring bars up to 80mm (3") long against vessel walls to eliminate splashing hazards when pouring.
