Octagon magnetic stirring bars with integral pivot ring are designed for optimal performance and come in red, yellow, or blue options. Each bar features an Alnico magnet encapsulated in FDA grade, USP Class VI Teflon® brand PTFE coating, ensuring superior chemical compatibility. The interrupted profile of these bars provides greater surface area and added turbulence compared to smooth cylindrical bars, enhancing mixing efficiency. The pivot ring reduces friction and chattering during use. These stirring bars are autoclavable and manufactured in a registered ISO 9001:2015 facility, verified by SGS certification.
