The high-quality Teflon encapsulated magnetic stirring bars are designed for efficient mixing and consistent results. Their multi-faceted polygon shape increases surface area, creating added turbulence compared to similar sized smooth cylindrical bars, thus ensuring thorough mixing. The absence of a pivot ring allows the spinbar to remain close to the bottom of the vessel, enabling effective scraping of solids. These stirring bars achieve optimal coupling with magnetic spindrives as the entire length of the stir bar is in close contact. Each bar features an Alnico magnet encapsulated in FDA grade, USP Class VI Teflon® brand PTFE coating, providing superior chemical compatibility. They are manufactured in a facility that is registered to ISO 9001:2015, as verified by SGS certification.
