The high-quality Teflon encapsulated magnetic stirring bars ensure efficient mixing with consistent results. Their multi-faceted polygon shape increases surface area, creating added turbulence compared to similarly sized smooth cylindrical bars for thorough mixing. The absence of a pivot ring allows the spinbar to remain close to the bottom of the vessel, enabling effective "scraping" of solids. These stirring bars ensure optimal coupling with magnetic spindrives as the entire length of the stir bar remains in close contact. Each bar features an Alnico magnet encapsulated in FDA grade, USP Class VI Teflon® brand PTFE coating, providing superior chemical compatibility. The product is manufactured in a registered ISO 9001:2015 facility, as verified by SGS certification.
