The Bradley Navigator Thermostatic Mixing Valve is specifically designed for commercial applications to provide tepid water for drench shower and eye wash systems. This valve features a fixed cold water bypass and an anti-scald positive shut-off mechanism to ensure user safety. Equipped with a powerful liquid-filled thermostat, it guarantees a constant outlet temperature and is backed by a 10-year warranty. It meets the tepid water requirements set by ANSI Z358.1, delivering a flow rate of 54 GPM at 30 PSI. The valve is certified to ASSE 1071 and has a rough brass finish. It includes a piped assembly with inlet and outlet shutoff and is compatible with incoming 1" NPT connections and a 1 1/4" NPT outlet. A dial thermometer is also included, and the valve can operate at a maximum pressure of 125 PSI while requiring a minimum temperature differential of 15 degrees Fahrenheit between the incoming hot water temperature and the valve set point.
