The 3M Secure Click Organic Vapor/Acid Gas Cartridge/Filter P100 D80923 is NIOSH-approved to provide respiratory protection against certain organic vapors, acid gases, and oil and non-oil based particulate contaminants. Designed for use with 3M Secure Click facepieces, these cartridges/filters feature a Secure Click connection style that allows for a quick and intuitive connection; simply align the connections and push until a click is heard, ensuring the cartridges/filters are installed properly. Utilizing dual flow technology, the D80923 ensures easier breathing by creating four airflow paths through its innovative quad-flow cartridge/filter system, enhancing breathability and comfort. It is specifically approved for certain organic vapors, chlorine, hydrogen chloride, sulfur dioxide, chlorine dioxide, hydrogen sulfide, as well as oil and non-oil based airborne particulate contaminants, although it should not be used in IDLH environments or for sandblasting. Cartridges/filters should be changed according to a well-documented change-out schedule or earlier if contamination is detected, with replacements necessary if they become damaged or if breathing becomes difficult.
