The 3M™ Secure Click™ filter retainer D701 is designed to securely hold 3M™ Secure Click™ particulate filters D7N11 or D7P71 in place on 3M™ Secure Click™ cartridges from the D8000 series, making it compatible with 3M™ Secure Click™ respirators. This retainer is necessary when airborne particulates are present in conjunction with certain vapors or acid gases, as it enables the use of NIOSH-approved N95 or P95 filters alongside the cartridges.
