The 3M™ Secure Click™ hard case particulate filter P100 D9093 is NIOSH approved for use with 3M™ Secure Click™ respirators in environments containing certain oil and non-oil based particles. The filter features a new connection system that simplifies installation, akin to a seat belt mechanism, ensuring a secure fit with an audible click. Designed for comfort and a wide field of vision, these lightweight filters are compatible with 3M™ Secure Click™ reusable respirators. They provide respiratory protection against exposure to lead, asbestos, cadmium, arsenic, and MDA, proving effective for concentrations up to 10 times the OSHA permissible exposure limit (PEL) with half facepieces or 50 times the PEL with quantitatively fit tested full facepieces. The P100 filter is suitable for higher-heat applications and is commonly utilized in industries such as abatement, agriculture, construction, general manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, primary metals, and remediation. It passes NIOSH's P-series test criteria, delivering at least 99.97% filter efficiency against particles. It is important to note that this filter should not be used in environments that are immediately dangerous to life or health (IDLH).
