The portable frame features a unique, one-piece design that folds for easy transport and storage while unfolding for quick deployment. Once assembled, the LaneGuard 3® is always ready for use and measures less than 3 inches thick when folded. It is tested to the Manual for Assessing Safety Hardware (MASH) guidelines and has an FHWA eligibility letter WZ-336. The frame sets up and tears down in seconds. Additionally, the barricade boards are 6 feet in length and constructed from blow-molded high-density polyethylene that is UV-stabilized with a reinforced structure. The wave design enhances the strength and stiffness of the centerboard, minimizing sagging and warping. Closed ends prevent the accumulation of dirt and moisture, inhibiting the nesting of bees and hornets. Molded-through holes provide added strength and support, facilitating quicker installations. The retroreflective sheeting meets all state and federal specifications and is of high intensity, while the barricade boards possess FHWA acceptance letters WZ-173, WZ-336, and WZ-244.
