The portable frame features a unique, one-piece design that folds for easy transport and storage while unfolding for quick deployment. Once assembled, the LaneGuard 3® remains in a fully assembled state, measuring less than 3" thick when folded. It has been tested according to the Manual for Assessing Safety Hardware (MASH) guidelines and comes with an FHWA eligibility letter WZ-336, allowing for rapid setup and teardown in seconds. The barricade boards are 6' in length and constructed from blow-molded high-density polyethylene that is UV-stabilized and reinforced for durability. The wave design enhances the strength and stiffness of the centerboard, minimizing sagging and warping, while closed ends help prevent dirt, moisture, and nesting by bees and hornets. Molded-through holes increase strength and support, facilitating faster installations. The retroreflective sheeting on the barricade boards complies with all state and federal specifications and is classified as high-intensity, supported by FHWA acceptance letters WZ-173, WZ-336, and WZ-245.
