The LaneGard 3® portable frame features a unique, one-piece design that easily folds for transport and storage while unfolding for quick deployment. Once assembled, it maintains its structure and measures less than 3 inches thick when folded, making it highly compact. The setup and teardown process takes mere seconds, and the frame is 46 inches long without centerboards. It has been tested to meet Manual for Assessing Safety Hardware (MASH) guidelines and has received an FHWA eligibility letter (WZ-336). The barricade boards are blow-molded from high-density polyethylene and are UV-stabilized, featuring a reinforced structure. Their innovative wave design strengthens and stiffens the centerboard, reducing sagging and warping, while closed ends prevent dirt, moisture accumulation, and nesting by bees and hornets. Molded-through holes enhance strength and support, facilitating faster installations. The retroreflective sheeting on the boards complies with all state and federal specifications and is available in engineer, hi-intensity, and diamond grades, with FHWA acceptance letters WZ-173, WZ-336, and WZ-244.
