It is ISO 8573.1 certified, making it suitable for clean, dry air applications in both commercial and industrial settings, meeting stringent quality requirements. The filter features a replaceable cartridge, which is recommended for replacement yearly or after every 8000 hours of use, offering a longer lifespan compared to filters rated for 4000 hours or less. The Nautilus multi-wrapped media technology creates a coarse 3D-structured layer for effective oil drainage, while high-efficiency glass fiber provides low-pressure drop and optimal filtration. The anodized aluminum housing, coated with powder, is treated inside and outside for protection. It includes external ribs for a secure grip during cartridge replacement and a robust stainless-steel core with double O-rings for leak prevention. The design features a liner that prevents contact with the media, while the service indicator provides maintenance alerts. Effortless replacement is facilitated by a push-in element and drain connection, with enhanced drainage preventing oil droplets from re-entering the air stream.
