The Atlas Copco high-efficiency coalescing filter is designed to remove oil aerosols, wet dust, and rough particles down to 1.0 ppm, making it ideal for protecting air-powered tools, processes, and final products. This filter is ISO 8573.1 certified, ensuring compliance with stringent quality requirements for clean, dry air in commercial and industrial applications. It features a replaceable cartridge, recommended for replacement yearly or every 8000 hours, which offers a longer lifespan compared to other filters rated for 4000 hours or less. The filter utilizes Nautilus multi-wrapped media technology with a coarse 3D-structured layer/barrier for efficient oil drainage, and high-efficiency glass fiber ensures a low-pressure drop and optimal filtration results. Constructed with anodized aluminum housing and powder coating, the filter is protected by a special anodized treatment both inside and outside. External ribs facilitate a firm grip during cartridge replacement, while a robust stainless-steel core and double O-rings provide a sturdy seal against leakage. The design includes a liner that prevents contact with the media, ensuring high performance and durability.
