The Atlas Copco high-efficiency coalescing filter is designed to remove oil aerosols, wet dust, and rough particles down to 1.0 ppm, ensuring the protection of air-powered tools, processes, and final products. It is ISO 8573.1 certified and recommended for applications requiring clean, dry air in commercial and industrial settings, aligning with stringent quality requirements. The filter features a replaceable cartridge, which should be replaced yearly or every 8000 hours, and offers a longer lifespan compared to other filters rated for 4000 hours or less. It utilizes Nautilus multi-wrapped media technology with a coarse 3D-structured layer/barrier for efficient oil drainage, while high-efficiency glass fiber provides low-pressure drop and optimal filtration performance. The anodized aluminum housing with powder coating is protected by a special anodized treatment inside and out, featuring external ribs for a secure grip during cartridge replacement. Additionally, a strong stainless-steel core with double O-rings ensures a robust seal against leakage. The filter is designed for high performance and durability, with a liner that prevents media contact, and includes a service indicator that shows preventive maintenance alerts, a push-in element, and a drain connection for easy replacement. Enhanced drainage capabilities also prevent the re-entry of oil droplets into the air stream, and the bottom cap of the filter is engineered to increase the drainage rate.
