The Atlas Copco high-efficiency coalescing filter is designed to remove oil aerosols, wet dust, and rough particles down to 1.0 ppm, thereby protecting air-powered tools, processes, and final products. It is ISO 8573.1 certified and suggested for applications requiring clean, dry air in commercial and industrial settings, meeting stringent quality requirements. This filter features a replaceable cartridge, with replacement recommended either yearly or every 8000 hours, and offers a longer lifespan compared to filters rated for 4000 hours or less. It utilizes Nautilus multi-wrapped media technology with a coarse 3D-structured layer/barrier for efficient oil drainage, while high-efficiency glass fiber ensures low-pressure drop and optimal filtration. The anodized aluminum housing is powder-coated and treated with a special anodized process inside and outside for added protection. External ribs facilitate a firm grip during cartridge replacement, and the strong stainless-steel core along with double O-rings ensures a sturdy seal against leakage. With high performance and durability, the liner prevents contact with the media, while a service indicator provides alerts for preventive maintenance. The filter also features a push-in element and drain connection for easy replacement and enhanced drainage design to prevent re-entry of oil droplets into the air stream, with a bottom cap specifically designed to increase the drainage rate.
