The Atlas Copco high-efficiency coalescing filter is designed to remove oil aerosols, wet dust, and rough particles down to 1.0 PPM, ensuring the protection of air-powered tools, processes, and final products. It is ISO 8573.1 certified and recommended for clean, dry air in commercial and industrial applications, meeting stringent quality requirements. The filter includes a replaceable cartridge, which should be replaced yearly or every 8000 hours, offering a longer lifespan compared to filters rated for 4000 hours or less. The filter features Nautilus multi-wrapped media technology, which consists of a coarse 3D-structured layer that aids in efficient oil drainage, and high-efficiency glass fiber that ensures a low-pressure drop and optimal filtration results. The anodized aluminum housing, coated for protection via a special anodized treatment inside and outside, is complemented by external ribs for a firm grip during cartridge replacement. It also has a strong stainless-steel core and double O-rings that provide a sturdy seal against leakage, while a liner prevents contact with the filter media for enhanced performance and durability. The cost-saving maintenance is facilitated by a service indicator that displays preventive maintenance alerts, and the filter incorporates a push-in element and drain connection for effortless replacement. Enhanced drainage design in the bottom cap prevents the re-entry of oil droplets into the airstream, ensuring pure air output.
