The Atlas Copco high-efficiency coalescing filter is designed to remove oil aerosols, wet dust, and rough particles down to 1.0 ppm, ensuring the protection of air-powered tools, processes, and final products. It is ISO 8573.1 certified, making it suitable for clean, dry air in commercial and industrial applications, meeting stringent quality requirements. The filter features a replaceable cartridge, which should be replaced yearly or every 8000 hours, offering a longer lifespan compared to other filters rated for 4000 hours or less. It incorporates Nautilus multi-wrapped media technology, with a coarse 3D-structured layer providing efficient oil drainage and high-efficiency glass fiber that ensures low-pressure drop and optimal filtration. The anodized aluminum housing is powder-coated and treated with a special anodized finish for protection inside and out, while external ribs facilitate a secure grip during cartridge replacement. The filter also features a robust stainless-steel core, double O-rings for a reliable seal against leakage, and a liner that prevents media contact for enhanced performance and durability. Maintenance is made cost-effective with a service indicator for preventive alerts, along with a push-in element and drain connection for easy replacement.
