The Atlas Copco high-efficiency coalescing filter is designed to remove oil aerosols, wet dust, and rough particles down to 1.0 PPM, providing essential protection for air-powered tools, processes, and final products. It is ISO 8573.1 certified, making it suitable for clean, dry air in commercial and industrial applications while meeting stringent quality requirements. The filter features a replaceable cartridge, with replacement recommended yearly or every 8000 hours, offering a longer lifespan compared to filters rated for 4000 hours or less. The Nautilus multi-wrapped media technology incorporates a coarse 3D-structured layer for effective oil drainage, complemented by high-efficiency glass fiber which ensures a low-pressure drop and optimal filtration results. Its anodized aluminum housing, coated with powder, is treated with a special anodized process both inside and outside for protection. Additionally, external ribs provide a firm grip during cartridge replacement, and the strong stainless-steel core along with double O-rings create a sturdy seal against leakage. The filter is designed for high performance and durability, featuring a liner that prevents contact with the filtration media, while the cost-saving maintenance service indicator provides alerts for preventive maintenance.
