The Atlas Copco high-efficiency coalescing filter is designed to remove oil aerosols, wet dust, and rough particles down to 1.0 ppm, thereby protecting air-powered tools and ensuring clean processes and final products. This filter is ISO 8573.1 certified and is suggested for use in commercial and industrial applications requiring clean, dry air while meeting stringent quality requirements. It features a replaceable cartridge, with a recommended replacement interval of yearly or every 8000 hours, offering a longer lifespan compared to filters rated for 4000 hours or less. The filter utilizes Nautilus multi-wrapped media technology, which includes a coarse 3D-structured layer to provide efficient oil drainage and high-efficiency glass fiber for low-pressure drop and optimal filtration. It is constructed with anodized aluminum housing with powder coating, featuring external ribs for a firm grip during cartridge replacement and a strong stainless-steel core. Double O-rings ensure a sturdy seal against leakage, while a liner prevents contact with media to enhance performance and durability. The filter includes a service indicator for preventive maintenance alerts, a push-in element, and a drain connection for easy replacement, along with a bottom cap designed to increase drainage rate and prevent the re-entry of oil droplets into the air stream.
