The Atlas Copco high-efficiency coalescing filter is engineered to remove oil aerosols, wet dust, and rough particles down to 1.0 ppm, providing protection for air-powered tools, processes, and final products. This filter is ISO 8573.1 certified and is suggested for clean, dry air in commercial and industrial applications, meeting stringent quality requirements. The replaceable cartridge has a recommended replacement interval of yearly or every 8000 hours, offering a longer lifespan compared to other filters rated for 4000 hours or less. Featuring Nautilus multi-wrapped media technology, it includes a coarse 3D-structured layer for efficient oil drainage while high-efficiency glass fiber ensures a low-pressure drop and optimal filtration results. The anodized aluminum housing with powder coating is treated with a special anodized process both inside and outside for added durability, while external ribs facilitate a firm grip during cartridge replacement. Additionally, the filter includes a strong stainless-steel core with double O-rings to provide a sturdy seal against leakage, enhanced by a liner that prevents contact with the media. The filter’s cost-saving maintenance is supported by a service indicator for preventive maintenance alerts, alongside a push-in element and drain connection for effortless replacement. To ensure pure air, the bottom cap of the filter is designed to increase the drainage rate and prevent the re-entry of oil droplets into the air stream.
