The Atlas Copco high-efficiency coalescing filter effectively removes oil aerosols, wet dust, and rough particles down to 1.0 ppm, safeguarding air-powered tools, processes, and final products. It is ISO 8573.1 certified, making it suitable for providing clean, dry air for commercial and industrial applications while meeting stringent quality requirements. The filter features a replaceable cartridge, recommended for replacement yearly or every 8000 hours, and has a longer lifespan compared to filters rated for 4000 hours or less. It employs Nautilus multi-wrapped media technology with a coarse 3D-structured layer that facilitates efficient oil drainage, alongside high-efficiency glass fiber which ensures a low-pressure drop and optimal filtration results. Constructed from anodized aluminum with powder coating, the housing is protected by a special anodized treatment on both the interior and exterior. The design includes external ribs for a firm grip during cartridge replacement, a strong stainless-steel core, and double O-rings for a secure seal against leakage. The liner prevents contact with the media, contributing to high performance and durability. A service indicator provides maintenance alerts, and push-in elements along with a drain connection allow for effortless replacement. Enhanced drainage capabilities prevent the re-entry of oil droplets into the air stream, and the bottom cap is specifically designed to increase the drainage rate.
