The Atlas Copco high-efficiency coalescing filter is designed to remove oil aerosols, wet dust, and rough particles down to 1.0 ppm, ensuring protection for air-powered tools, processes, and final products. It is ISO 8573.1 certified, making it suitable for clean, dry air in commercial and industrial applications, and meets stringent quality requirements. The filter features a replaceable cartridge, with a recommended replacement interval of yearly or every 8000 hours, offering a longer lifespan compared to filters rated for 4000 hours or less. It employs Nautilus multi-wrapped media technology, which includes a coarse 3D-structured layer for efficient oil drainage and high-efficiency glass fiber that ensures a low-pressure drop and optimal filtration. The anodized aluminum housing, coated with powder, is treated with a special anodized finish both inside and outside, and features external ribs for a secure grip during cartridge replacement. The strong stainless-steel core and double O-rings provide a robust seal against leakage. Additional features include a liner that prevents media contact, a service indicator for preventive maintenance alerts, a push-in element for easy maintenance, and a drain connection for effortless replacement. The bottom cap of the filter is specifically designed to enhance drainage, preventing the re-entry of oil droplets into the air stream.
