The Atlas Copco high-efficiency coalescing filter is designed to remove oil aerosols, wet dust, and rough particles down to 1.0 ppm, protecting air-powered tools, processes, and final products. It is ISO 8573.1 certified and is suggested for clean, dry air in commercial and industrial applications, meeting today's stringent quality requirements. The filter features a replaceable cartridge, with a yearly replacement recommended or every 8000 hours, offering a longer lifespan compared to other filters rated for 4000 hours or less. It utilizes Nautilus multi-wrapped media technology with a coarse 3D-structured layer for efficient oil drainage, while high-efficiency glass fiber ensures a low-pressure drop and optimal filtration. The anodized aluminum housing with powder coating is protected by a special anodized treatment, and external ribs provide a firm grip during cartridge replacement. A strong stainless-steel core and double O-rings ensure a sturdy seal against leakage. The filter demonstrates high performance and durability, with a liner that prevents contact with the media. It includes a service indicator for preventive maintenance alerts, a push-in element, and drain connection for effortless replacement, as well as a bottom cap designed to enhance drainage for pure air, preventing the re-entry of oil droplets into the air stream.
