The Atlas Copco high-efficiency coalescing filter is engineered to remove oil aerosols, wet dust, and rough particles down to 1.0 PPM, thereby protecting air-powered tools, processes, and final products. It is ISO 8573.1 certified, making it suitable for commercial and industrial applications that demand clean, dry air in adherence to stringent quality requirements. This filter features a replaceable cartridge that is recommended for replacement yearly or every 8000 hours, boasting a longer lifespan compared to filters rated for 4000 hours or less. Implementing Nautilus multi-wrapped media technology, it includes a coarse 3D-structured layer/barrier for efficient oil drainage, along with high-efficiency glass fiber that ensures a low-pressure drop and optimal filtration results. Its anodized aluminum housing, coated with powder for protection, is treated internally and externally with a special anodized treatment, while external ribs provide a firm grip during cartridge replacement. A strong stainless-steel core and double O-rings create a sturdy seal against leakage. Designed for high performance and durability, the liner prevents contact with the media, and the cost-saving maintenance feature includes a service indicator that alerts for (preventive) maintenance. The filter also incorporates a push-in element and drain connection for effortless replacement, enhanced drainage to prevent re-entry of oil droplets into the airstream, and a bottom cap designed to increase the drainage rate.
