The Atlas Copco high-efficiency coalescing filter is designed to effectively remove oil aerosols, wet dust, and rough particles down to 1.0 ppm, providing essential protection for air-powered tools, processes, and final products. It is ISO 8573.1 certified and is suggested for clean, dry air in commercial and industrial applications, meeting stringent quality requirements. The filter features a replaceable cartridge, with a recommended replacement interval of yearly or every 8000 hours, offering a longer lifespan compared to other filters rated for 4000 hours or less. The Nautilus multi-wrapped media technology incorporates a coarse 3D-structured layer/barrier that facilitates efficient oil drainage, while high-efficiency glass fiber ensures a low-pressure drop and optimal filtration results. The filter is housed in an anodized aluminum casing with powder coating, which includes a special anodized treatment both inside and outside, and features external ribs for a secure grip during cartridge replacement. Additionally, it contains a strong stainless-steel core and double O-rings that provide a robust seal against leakage.
