The Atlas Copco high-efficiency coalescing filter is designed to remove oil aerosols, wet dust, and rough particles down to 1.0 PPM, providing essential protection for air-powered tools, processes, and final products. It is ISO 8573.1 certified and recommended for use in both commercial and industrial settings, meeting stringent quality requirements. The filter includes a replaceable cartridge, with replacement suggested yearly or every 8000 hours, and offers a longer lifespan compared to other filters rated for 4000 hours or less. The filter features Nautilus multi-wrapped media technology with a coarse 3D-structured layer for efficient oil drainage and high-efficiency glass fiber that ensures low-pressure drop and optimal filtration results. Constructed with anodized aluminum housing and powder coating, the filter is protected by a special anodized treatment on both the inside and outside. It includes external ribs for a firm grip during cartridge replacement, a strong stainless-steel core, and double O-rings for a sturdy seal against leakage. The design promotes high performance and durability, with a liner preventing contact with media, while a service indicator provides alerts for preventive maintenance. Features such as a push-in element and drain connection allow for effortless replacement, and the bottom cap of the filter is specifically designed to enhance drainage, preventing the re-entry of oil droplets into the air stream.
