The Atlas Copco high-efficiency coalescing filter is designed to remove oil aerosols, wet dust, and rough particles down to 1.0 ppm, ensuring the protection of air-powered tools, processes, and final products. It is ISO 8573.1 certified, making it suitable for clean, dry air in commercial and industrial use while meeting stringent quality requirements. The filter features a replaceable cartridge that is recommended for replacement yearly or every 8000 hours, offering a longer lifespan compared to other filters rated for 4000 hours or less. It incorporates Nautilus multi-wrapped media technology, with a coarse 3D-structured layer for efficient oil drainage and high-efficiency glass fiber that ensures a low-pressure drop and optimal filtration results. The anodized aluminum housing, coated with powder, is enhanced by a special anodized treatment internally and externally, equipped with external ribs for a firm grip during cartridge replacement. It boasts a strong stainless-steel core, double O-rings for a sturdy seal against leakage, and a liner that prevents contact with the filter media. The design includes a service indicator for preventive maintenance alerts, a push-in element, and drain connection for easy replacement, as well as an improved drainage system to prevent the re-entry of oil droplets into the air stream, with a bottom cap designed to increase the drainage rate.
