The Atlas Copco high-efficiency coalescing filter is designed to remove oil aerosols, wet dust, and rough particles down to 1.0 ppm, ensuring the protection of air-powered tools, processes, and final products. It is ISO 8573.1 certified, making it suitable for clean, dry air in commercial and industrial applications while meeting stringent quality requirements. The filter features a replaceable cartridge, which is recommended to be replaced yearly or every 8000 hours, offering a longer lifespan compared to filters rated for 4000 hours or less. Utilizing Nautilus multi-wrapped media technology, it includes a coarse 3D-structured layer that provides efficient oil drainage alongside high-efficiency glass fiber for low-pressure drop and optimal filtration results. The anodized aluminum housing with powder coating is reinforced by a special anodized treatment inside and outside, featuring external ribs for a secure grip during cartridge replacement. Additionally, the strong stainless-steel core and double O-rings ensure a solid seal against leakage, while a liner prevents contact with the media, enhancing performance and durability. A service indicator alerts users to preventive maintenance needs, and the push-in element and drain connection allow for effortless replacement, contributing to cost-saving maintenance. The bottom cap of the filter is specifically designed to increase drainage rate, preventing the re-entry of oil droplets into the air stream.
