The Atlas Copco high-efficiency coalescing filter is designed to remove oil aerosols, wet dust, and rough particles down to 1.0 PPM, protecting air-powered tools, processes, and final products. It is ISO 8573.1 certified and is recommended for clean, dry air in commercial and industrial settings, meeting stringent quality requirements. The filter features a replaceable cartridge, which should be replaced yearly or every 8000 hours, providing a longer lifespan compared to other filters rated to 4000 hours or less. The Nautilus multi-wrapped media technology includes a coarse 3D-structured layer/barrier for efficient oil drainage, while high-efficiency glass fiber ensures low-pressure drop and optimal filtration. Built with anodized aluminum housing, the filter is powder-coated and treated inside and outside for protection. External ribs assist with cartridge replacement, and a strong stainless-steel core along with double O-rings provide a secure seal against leakage. The design includes a liner to prevent contact with the media, while a service indicator alerts to preventive maintenance needs. The filter also features a push-in element and drain connection for easy replacement, and its bottom cap is engineered to enhance drainage, preventing the re-entry of oil droplets into the air stream.
