The Atlas Copco high-efficiency coalescing filter is engineered to remove oil aerosols, wet dust, and rough particles down to 1.0 PPM, safeguarding air-powered tools, processes, and final products. It is ISO 8573.1 certified, making it suitable for clean, dry air in both commercial and industrial applications, and meets stringent quality requirements. The filter features a replaceable cartridge, which is recommended for replacement yearly or after 8000 hours of use, ensuring a longer lifespan compared to filters rated for 4000 hours or less. It utilizes Nautilus multi-wrapped media technology with a coarse 3D-structured layer that promotes efficient oil drainage, complemented by high-efficiency glass fiber to maintain a low-pressure drop and optimal filtration results. The anodized aluminum housing is protected by a special anodized treatment on both the interior and exterior, while external ribs facilitate easy cartridge replacement. Additionally, the filter incorporates a strong stainless-steel core and double O-rings for a reliable seal against leakage. The filter also features a liner that prevents contact with the media and a service indicator for maintenance alerts, alongside a push-in element and drain connection for simple replacement. Enhanced drainage capabilities prevent the re-entry of oil droplets into the air stream, with a bottom cap designed to increase the drainage rate.
