The Atlas Copco high-efficiency coalescing filter is designed to remove oil aerosols, wet dust, and rough particles down to 1.0 ppm, ensuring protection for air-powered tools, processes, and final products. This filter is ISO 8573.1 certified and is suggested for clean, dry air in commercial and industrial applications, meeting stringent quality requirements. It features a replaceable cartridge, with a replacement recommended yearly or every 8000 hours, and offers a longer lifespan compared to other filters rated for 4000 hours or less. The Nautilus multi-wrapped media technology includes a coarse 3D-structured layer that optimizes oil drainage, while high-efficiency glass fiber ensures a low-pressure drop and effective filtration results. The anodized aluminum housing is powder-coated for protection and includes external ribs for a firm grip during cartridge replacement. A strong stainless-steel core, along with double O-rings, provides a sturdy seal against leakage, enhancing performance and durability, while a protective liner prevents contact with the media. The filter also features cost-saving maintenance attributes such as a service indicator for preventive maintenance alerts, a push-in element, and drain connection for easy replacement.
