The Atlas Copco high-efficiency coalescing filter is designed to remove oil aerosols, wet dust, and rough particles down to 1.0 ppm, ensuring the protection of air-powered tools, processes, and final products. It is ISO 8573.1 certified and recommended for clean, dry air in commercial and industrial applications, meeting stringent quality requirements. The filter features a replaceable cartridge, which is recommended for replacement yearly or every 8000 hours, offering a longer lifespan compared to filters rated for 4000 hours or less. It utilizes Nautilus multi-wrapped media technology, featuring a coarse 3D-structured layer for efficient oil drainage, along with high-efficiency glass fiber that ensures a low-pressure drop and optimal filtration results. The anodized aluminum housing with powder coating is protected by a special anodized treatment inside and outside, while external ribs provide a firm grip during cartridge replacement. The strong stainless-steel core, equipped with double O-rings, ensures a sturdy seal against leakage and high performance and durability, with a liner that prevents contact with the media. The cost-saving maintenance feature includes a service indicator for preventive maintenance alerts, and the push-in element and drain connection facilitate effortless replacement.
