The 3M™ Particulate Filter 5P71/07194 (AAD) provides P95 respiratory protection and is packaged 10 filters per box. It is NIOSH approved for environments containing certain oil and non-oil based particles. The filter is compatible with 3M™ respirators from the 5000 series, 3M™ cartridges from the 6000 series, and requires the use of the 3M™ filter retainer 501. When properly fitted, this filter can be used with the appropriate cartridges for various applications, including spray painting, lacquering, petrochemical and chemical manufacturing, pesticide spraying, and agriculture, for concentrations up to 10 times the permissible exposure limit (PEL) with half facepieces, or up to 50 times PEL with full facepieces. Note that full facepieces must undergo quantitative fit testing to claim an assigned protection factor above 10 in negative pressure mode. This product should not be used in environments that are immediately dangerous to life or health (IDLH).
