The replacement kit includes two 5mm wide heating elements, two 1/2" 6mil PTFE adhesives, and two 2" 5mil PTFE zone adhesives, making it compatible with models such as WD-305HT. It is recommended to replace the bottom PTFE adhesive strip (1/2" wide sticky backed—remove the liner) each time the heating element is substituted. The PTFE adhesive strip should be placed under the heating element on the base of the sealer. It is important to note that sealers with 2.7mm heating elements cannot be interchanged with those that use 5mm heating elements and vice versa.
