The replacement kit includes (2) 5mm wide heating elements, (2) 1/2" PTFE adhesive strips, and a 1ft. long roll of PTFE cover. This replacement kit is compatible with the W-455A model. It is recommended to replace the bottom PTFE adhesive strip, which is 1/2" wide and sticky backed (removing the liner) every time the heating element is replaced. The PTFE adhesive strip should be placed under the heating element on the base of the sealer. Note that sealers with 2.7 mm heating elements cannot be interchanged with 5mm heating elements and vice versa.
