The Air-Care™ MERV 8 permanent and washable flexible air filter is designed to fit non-standard air filter sizes with ease, featuring a flexible frame that allows for quick installation in various systems. This electrostatic air filter is ten times more efficient than standard disposable filters, significantly improving the cleanliness and freshness of the air inside your home. The electrostatic charge generated by air flowing through the filter traps dust and allergens, with the ability to wash and reuse the filter every 1-3 months. Constructed with a sturdy frame for durability, this filter incorporates an EPA registered anti-microbial material to inhibit mold and bacteria growth on its surface. The filter effectively captures irritants such as pollen, dust, bacteria, mold spores, pet dander, and smoke, many of which are smaller than one micron. The nominal depth of the filter ranges from 1/8" to 1".
