The Air-Care™ MERV 8 permanent and washable flexible air filter is designed to fit easily in any system requiring a non-standard air filter size, thanks to its flexible frame. This electrostatic filter is 10 times more efficient than standard disposable filters and is equipped with an electrostatic charge that effectively traps dust and allergens, significantly improving indoor air quality. The filter can be washed every 1-3 months, making maintenance simple. Constructed with a sturdy frame for durability, it utilizes static electricity generated through air flow to attract and hold airborne particles until washed away. Additionally, it features an EPA registered anti-microbial material that helps inhibit mold and bacteria growth on its surface. The Air-Care™ filters are particularly effective at capturing irritants such as pollen, dust, bacteria, mold spores, pet dander, and smoke, many of which are smaller than one micron. The nominal depth of the filter ranges from 1/8 inches to 1 inch, providing versatility in various applications.
