The Air-Care™ MERV 8 permanent and washable flexible air filter is designed for easy fitting in non-standard air filter sizes, making it a versatile option for various HVAC systems. This electrostatic filter is 10 times more efficient than standard disposable filters, effectively trapping dust and allergens through its electrostatically charged fibers. The filter can be washed every 1-3 months, with a sturdy frame ensuring durability over time. It features an EPA registered anti-microbial material to inhibit mold and bacteria growth on the filter surface. The filter effectively reduces airborne irritants such as pollen, dust, bacteria, mold spores, pet dander, and smoke, many of which are smaller than one micron. The nominal depth of the filter ranges from 1/8" to 1", and its installation and maintenance simplicity make it a practical choice for cleaner indoor air.
