The Justrite® Sure-Grip® EX Piggyback Safety Cabinet with manual close doors (Model 891300) is engineered for the secure storage and segregation of flammable liquids, making it suitable for laboratory, construction, or engineering environments. It measures 18 in H x 43 in W x 18 in D (457 mm H x 1092 mm W x 457 mm D) and offers an additional storage capacity of 12 gal (45 L) without consuming significant floor space. The cabinet can be used independently on benchtops or stacked atop 30- or 45-gal (114- or 170-L) Justrite® safety cabinets, and it can also be mounted to a wall with an optional wall hanger assembly (Model 25950). Constructed from robust 18-gauge (1-mm) thick steel with a double-wall design that includes 1.5 in (38 mm) of insulating air space, it provides superior fire resistance. The fully welded structure enhances durability and safety by minimizing air gaps, thereby improving fire protection. The manual-close, self-latching doors (fail-safe, 3-point stainless steel) open 180 degrees and ensure tight closure for optimal fire safety. Continuous piano hinges facilitate smooth door operation, while the U-Loc™ handle offers a secure latch mechanism without manual rotation. Each cabinet includes a cylinder lock and key set, with the option to utilize a personal padlock. Additionally, it features Haz-Alert™ reflective warning labels for visibility during emergencies, dual vents with flame arresters, four adjustable self-leveling feet, and a built-in grounding connector. The cabinet's lead-free epoxy/polyester powder-coat finish provides extensive chemical resistance and mitigates corrosion and humidity effects.
