The Justrite® Sure-Grip® Undercounter Safety Cabinet with self-close doors (Model 892320) is designed for the safe storage of flammable liquids, conveniently fitting under countertops and work benches with its 3.5 in H x 2.2 in D (89 mm H x 64 mm D) recessed toe kick, promoting ergonomic access. The cabinet has exterior dimensions of 35 in x 35 in x 22 in (889 mm x 889 mm x 559 mm) and can store up to 22 gal (83 L) of flammable liquids. Constructed with a robust 18-gauge (1-mm) thick steel double-wall and 1.5 in (38 mm) of insulating air space, it provides excellent fire resistance. The fully welded construction enhances durability and fire safety by reducing air gaps. High-performance, self-closing doors open a full 180 degrees and feature a patented concealed self-close mechanism for unobstructed shelf access, self-indexing to ensure they close tightly. Continuous piano hinges facilitate smooth closing, and the self-closing mechanism activates under fire conditions at an ambient temperature of 165 F (74 C) when fusible links melt. The cabinet features a self-latching system with three stainless steel bullet-slams, and for added security, it includes an innovative U-Loc™ handle. Each cabinet is equipped with a cylinder lock and key set, or users can opt to use a padlock. Trilingual Haz-Alert™ reflective warning labels are included, reading "Flammable Keep."
