Bluff® MobilePro+ yard ramps provide easy forklift or pallet truck access to freight in minutes without requiring dock bays. The MobilePro+ portable yard ramp is designed with the flexibility needed to accommodate trailers of various heights and widths, assisting in loading and unloading trucks and trailers in areas without docks (ground to truck), as well as from dock level to ground. The ramp features all-welded, heavy-duty formed steel cross members and side girders, forming a superior frame. The beveled diamond plate steel approach ensures a smooth transition, while the open serrated steel grating ramp surface offers superior traction, effectively reducing dirt, rain, and snow build-up. Key features include a multi-piece hinged lip to service various trailer widths, adjustable legs that allow a service range of 36-60 inches, a double-action hydraulic lift pump, and 18-inch diameter solid rubber wheels for easy movement and positioning of the ramp. Safety locking chains secure the ramp to the dock or trailer, and 8-inch high curbs help keep trucks and forklifts on the ramp. The ramp measures 36 feet long and includes a 6-foot level-off zone at the top for safe dock-to-ground or truck-to-ground access. The ramp clamp has integral forklift tine insertion points for moving the ramp over short distances. Solid steel deck approach plates are available at both ends, providing a smooth transition and maximum life for the ramp, in contrast to competitors' units that may use open grating at both ends.
